The two types of government support programs you could apply for:
COMMONWEALTH HOME SUPPORT PROGRAM
These are short term assistance upon discharge from a hospital or rehabilitation center. Recovering from a surgery or medical procedure can be a long process and may have physical restrictions holding you back from your daily routine. The CHSP assistance includes; personal care, domestic assistance, meal planning, medication reminders, community and social support, flexible respite, and allied health services.
HOME CARE PACKAGES
These are long term assistance to help you live independently at home. There are four levels of home care packages to help meet the different levels of care you need.

The first step to accessing government funded aged care services is to get assessed. You can complete the application yourself or call us and we can help you with the application process.
